PROGRESSIVE PROJECT FROM WEEK 2

HarborBridge

HarborBridge is a fictional eight-site modernisation project with 16 activities and a representative $420k cost line. Its conditions change so learners must recalculate and defend recovery choices.

THREE CONNECTED PHASES

Each month raises the standard of evidence and delivery.

Month one

Foundation

Weeks 1–4: individual foundations, project launch and a controlled baseline.

Month two

Build and test

Weeks 5–8: deeper application, documented decisions and staged evaluation.

Month three

Integrate and hand over

Weeks 9–12: integrate evidence, transfer the skill and deliver the final portfolio.

COMPLETE PUBLIC CURRICULUM

Twelve weeks. A clear practical deliverable every week.

YOUR PRACTICAL PORTFOLIO

What you will document through the pathway.

Tools: Spreadsheets and accessible scheduling alternatives; PMP status or paid software is not required.

Professional boundary: A simulated project-controls service, not binding procurement authority, legal claims advice, PMI endorsement or PMP eligibility.

  • CPM schedule and baseline logic
  • EVM, EAC, TCPI and quantified risk
  • Hybrid, procurement and change evidence
  • PMO and benefits decision pack
  • Integrated recovery options and handover

USEFUL QUESTIONS

Understand the boundaries before you choose.

Is PMP or paid software required?

No. Practical project/spreadsheet readiness is expected and accessible software alternatives are supported.

Is team work enough to pass?

No. Individual competence gates and an unseen transfer assessment apply.
